A part of the technological processing chain in the sewing workshop production was rearranged within the framework of the project. As a result, the increase in productivity reached 10% on the pilot testing part of the manufacturing process.

The second project team was working to improve the design process of the collections optimising several processes at the same time including marketing, design and testing of new models and of sewing of sample products.

The next progress review of the project teams’ work is scheduled for the middle of February. It is planned to finish the project by the end of April, 2019.
